Occupied buildings and client-facing sites require particular care with access, cleanliness, privacy and communication. Phasing and logistics belong in the first planning conversation.

Existing conditions define the real scope.
Structure, utilities, previous alterations, access and material transitions can all affect a remodel. Fusion investigates before assuming.
03 / Written scope
The proposal governs, not general guidance.
Until Fusion confirms a written scope, do not assume design and engineering, permits, utility work or unknown conditions are included. The project-specific proposal and agreement govern.
04 / Secondary offering

Fusion is primarily a residential builder. Selected commercial remodel and tenant-improvement projects are considered when the scope, building and schedule are a good fit. Client and project names are shared only with permission.
