Do I need finished plans before contacting Fusion?
No. Bring finished plans if you have them, but an early conversation can also begin with the property, a list of needs, reference images, or an unresolved design problem.
What if I have not purchased the land yet?
Explain where you are in the purchase process and what information you already have. Site access, utilities, restrictions, topography, and build feasibility can materially affect later decisions.
Can I contact Fusion if I am deciding between remodeling and building?
Yes. Describe what you value about the current property, what no longer works, and what a new home would need to accomplish. Those facts make the comparison more productive.
