It was about 600 square feet and it was very compartmentalized inside.

We Introduced a bold, dark-chocolate colored siding contrasted beautifully with brilliant white trim, instantly modernizing the façade. When we removed the old, rusty roof we noticed that it had this wonderful patina and decided to use it as siding that accentuated the front gable that faced the street.

It gave the front elevation a sense of warmth! We added about 400 square feet of interior space as well as a wonderful screen porch on the back of the house.
